The price of the rooms is for 2 persons.
We can provide a baby bed for children less than 2 years old, free of charge.
In order to give you the choice between different formulas, breakfast is not included.
Arrival from 3 p.m. Leaving 11 am.
You may leave your luggage anytime at reception.
Your booking is maintained until 7 p.m., except by special agreement.
Mind to print the itinerary! If you are lost, call us, we speak English!

Payment :
- By debit/credit card : send us by post, fax or E-mail your card numbers and validity date.
- French cheques should be made payable to «Chateau Mouillepied».

Rent a Room:
Confirm your booking by payment a deposit of 30 % of the price for 2 persons.
We will immediately send you a confirmation of your booking.
The balance due, (room, breakfast, added bed and so on) will be paid at the end of your stay.
Booking more than 3 months in advance : special conditions
Cancellation depends on the period

Booking a room 6 nights and more in July and August:
If you book more than 6 nights in July and August : pay a down payment of 100 €.
The remaining balance for the price of the room will be paid 60 days before your arrival. Breakfast, added bed and so on, will be paid at the end of the stay.
In case of not receiving the down payment a week later your demand or the balance due, the booking is cancelled.

The gites «Le Vivier» and the «Petit Logis Studio»:
Down payment, balance due, depend on the period.
For 2009:
Red: High Season : July 1st to August 31th.
Yellow: Middle Season : to April 1st tfrom June 30th and to September 1st to septembre 30th.
Green: Low Season : October 1st to March 31th.

Down Payment:
Red and Yellow: 100 € for the Vivier, 50 € for the Room 8 Petit Logis.
White: 50 €.

The balance due:
Red and Yellow: 60 days prior your arrival
Green: 30 days prior your arrival
Others charges will be paid at the end of the stay (added bed, heating, electricity and so on).
You will receive a contract by email or post or fax. Please sign and return it as soon as possible.
In case of not receiving the deposit a week later your demand or the balance due at the date indicated, the booking is cancelled.

A 150 € cash guarantee will be required for your stay, payable on your arrival and refunded on departure.
