Available all year round. Restored as it was in the 18th century, it has the advantage of an exceptional environment, with view to the chateau and the water lily pond. The ground floor is very sunny with 4 patio doors, facing South and West. Lounge with fire place, sofas. Kitchen with micro-wave oven, full oven, 4 electrical plates, and fridge/freezer. On the first floor : there is a large bedroom with parquet flooring, beams. Bathroom with hair drier, wc .
King size bed, 2 single beds with blankets or duvet. Telephone, plug in telephone. TV SAT with foreign channels. Independent central heating, parking area. Sheets are provided weekly, bathroom linen can be hired . Laundry available in the chateau, free of charge. The house is newly furnished.
Terrace, garden lounge with a lovely private lawn. Garden not enclosed in the park with the beautiful pond nearby.

-2 km : little beach on the Charente where swimming is permitted.
